Salt Crystal Foot Massage Stone

After a long day upright, a few minutes on this salt foot massage stone makes a real difference. It's a large, flat board of pink Himalayan salt, cut from a single block at the Khewra Mine in Punjab, Pakistan, with a naturally textured top that spreads pressure across the whole sole as you shift your weight.

The board runs roughly 25 to 35 cm long and 15 to 22 cm wide, weighing 2 to 3.5 kg, so it sits firm underfoot and doesn't skate off. Warm it in warm water for 10 to 15 minutes if you'd like some held heat during the session.

Set it on a non-slip surface, a damp towel underneath works well, stand barefoot, and roll your weight slowly from heel to toe and side to side. The textured crystal gives a sensation no smooth foot roller can match, and a few minutes at the end of the day is genuinely noticeable. Wipe it dry after every use, keep it out of standing water, and store it flat in a dry spot. Add one to your basket.

Returns

Every lamp is hand-carved from natural rock salt, so variation in colour, shape, weight and surface texture is normal and is not a fault.

Arrived damaged or incorrect? Email us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, and you will not pay return postage.

Changed your mind? You are welcome to unpack it and check it works first. You then have 30 days from delivery to tell us, and 14 days after that to post it back. Refunds go to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
