Dolphin Himalayan Salt Lamp

This dolphin salt lamp is carved by hand from a block of pink Himalayan salt and genuinely glows once the bulb is on, a proper working lamp with real charm rather than a static ornament. Each dolphin is shaped on its own, so the posture, the fin and the colour tone are never repeated.

Inside sits an E14 15W bulb casting a soft amber light of roughly 1800 to 2200 K, its colour drawn purely from iron oxide in the halite. The piece stands on a compact wooden foot, its braided flex fitted with a UK three-pin plug; it weighs around 0.8 to 1.5 kg and measures about 15 to 20 cm long. It lands most often in children's bedrooms and coastal-themed rooms, where parents like the low-glare warmth and marine wildlife fans simply like the shape. A question parents often ask is whether it's safe to leave on overnight: the 15W bulb draws little power and gives off only mild warmth, so it suits an all-night nightlight, though as with any lamp it's best kept off the very edge of a low table.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the UK. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
