The cane weave is what makes this cane basket salt lamp different. Loose Khewra salt rocks sit inside a cylinder handwoven from natural cane, and the light filters out through the close rattan mesh as a dappled, textured glow no moulded lamp can copy. It's a natural pairing that suits boho and organic rooms.

The rocks are pink Khewra halite, mined in Punjab, Pakistan, sitting in a basket woven from the outer rattan palm. Each cylinder is woven by hand, so the tightness of the mesh and the honey tone of the cane shift a little between baskets.

Loose rocks show more surface than a solid lamp, so in a humid room they can pick up a few beads of water. That's the salt drawing damp from the air, nothing more; keep the bulb on to dry it and brush the cane clean now and then with a soft brush rather than a wet cloth.

Returns

Every lamp is hand-carved from natural rock salt, so variation in colour, shape, weight and surface texture is normal and is not a fault.

Arrived damaged or incorrect? Email us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, and you will not pay return postage.

Changed your mind? You are welcome to unpack it and check it works first. You then have 30 days from delivery to tell us, and 14 days after that to post it back. Refunds go to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
