Anyone buying at this scale asks about handling and footing first: it arrives heavy, so clear a route and a firm floor spot before you place it, and once settled it rarely moves. With this much crystal exposed, the salt lifts noticeably more humidity from the air than a small lamp, so occasional dampness is entirely expected. Returns

Every lamp is hand-carved from natural rock salt, so variation in colour, shape, weight and surface texture is normal and is not a fault.

Arrived damaged or incorrect? Email us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, and you will not pay return postage.

Changed your mind? You are welcome to unpack it and check it works first. You then have 30 days from delivery to tell us, and 14 days after that to post it back. Refunds go to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
