Himalayan Salt Lamp (1.5-2 kg)

Perched on a windowsill or squeezed onto a crowded desk, this small Himalayan salt lamp at 1.5 to 2 kg is the size to start with if you're curious rather than committed: small enough to fit almost anywhere, light enough to move with one hand.

Key features

• Genuine pink halite hand-carved at the Khewra mine in Punjab, Pakistan, its shade running anywhere from soft peach to deep coral
• Iron oxide in the rock sets the colour naturally, so the tone and shape you get belong to that block alone
• An E14 15W bulb warms the crystal to a gentle glow near 1800 to 2200 K, closer to candlelight than any LED
• Compact wooden base, braided flex, standard UK three-pin plug
• Stands roughly 10 to 13 cm tall, suited to desks, bedside tables and shelves in rooms up to about 5 to 8 square metres

The question we hear most at this size is whether it's worth it if it's this small. Think of it as a close, personal glow rather than main lighting, the sort of thing you notice sitting right next to you at a desk. Left unlit for a while, the crystal can draw a little moisture from the air and bead slightly at the base. Returns

Every lamp is hand-carved from natural rock salt, so variation in colour, shape, weight and surface texture is normal and is not a fault.

Arrived damaged or incorrect? Email us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, and you will not pay return postage.

Changed your mind? You are welcome to unpack it and check it works first. You then have 30 days from delivery to tell us, and 14 days after that to post it back. Refunds go to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
