Return and Refund Policy
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
If you decide that you no longer want the lamp for any reason, you can return it to us, provided it is unused, within 14 days. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, and the lamp remains your responsibility until it safely reaches us. In the event that the lamp arrives damaged, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue.
If you receive the wrong lamp, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please note that we do not accept exchanges.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for paying these costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Shipping times may vary based on your location. For returns valued over £35, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
