Set on a side table in an open-plan space, this big Himalayan salt lamp at 5 to 7 kg spreads warm amber light across a genuinely wide radius, behaving more like a dimmed floor lamp than a bedside accent. It's the size to pick when you want the crystal to change how a whole area feels.

• Khewra pink halite from Punjab, Pakistan, worked by hand and tinted only by the iron oxide inside the rock
• Drawn from a deposit formed roughly 500 million years ago, one of the oldest and largest salt beds anywhere
• Colour and form differ block to block, so the piece that arrives is yours alone
• An E14 15W bulb casts a warm amber light near 1800 to 2200 K
• Rests on a solid timber foot, wired with a plaited flex and a UK three-pin plug, and stands about 25 to 32 cm tall

A common question at this weight is whether it needs a special shelf; a sturdy side table is plenty, since the base spreads the load. With this much surface, the halite gathers a touch more airborne moisture than a small lamp does, so an occasional damp patch near the base is simply the rock behaving as real salt should. Returns

Every lamp is hand-carved from natural rock salt, so variation in colour, shape, weight and surface texture is normal and is not a fault.

Arrived damaged or incorrect? Email us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, and you will not pay return postage.

Changed your mind? You are welcome to unpack it and check it works first. You then have 30 days from delivery to tell us, and 14 days after that to post it back. Refunds go to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
