The salt is worked by hand from Khewra pink halite in Punjab, Pakistan, and because every block differs you get natural swings in shape, colour and surface texture. One confident promise: the lamp you unpack won't match anyone else's. Now and then the crystal takes up humidity from the surrounding air and you may see slight condensation near the foot. Returns

Every lamp is hand-carved from natural rock salt, so variation in colour, shape, weight and surface texture is normal and is not a fault.

Arrived damaged or incorrect? Email us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, and you will not pay return postage.

Changed your mind? You are welcome to unpack it and check it works first. You then have 30 days from delivery to tell us, and 14 days after that to post it back. Refunds go to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
